A few of us who are Kiwis and also long-time residents in New England were talking and thought that the time was ripe to re-establish and informal organization to help connect us with each other

Some of us had been involved in the early days of the Kiwi Expatriates Association (KEA) where we did have a thriving chapter here

Some of us are closely connected with MFAT, NZTE or WCNZ

All of us love both New Zealand and New England

We adopted the takahe as our logo, because it was long thought to be extinct
